Our shirts are designed with strength athletes in mind, which means they run slightly larger than standard sizing to allow for a more comfortable, performance-ready fit. To get the best results, we recommend choosing your size based on body weight rather than your usual shirt size.
Size Recommendations:
– 2X-Small: 139 lbs and below
– X-Small: 139–165 lbs
– Small: 165–183 lbs
– Medium: 183–205 lbs
– Large: 205–231 lbs
If you’re in between sizes and prefer a tighter fit, you can size down.
For a looser or more relaxed fit, go with the higher size in your range.
