I have been competitively lifting for nearly a decade. In that time I have always trained with some form of caffeinated beverage.

My experimentation has taken me from coffee, 110, Elemental Formulations, PeScience and many other brands. However, Kathartik seems to strike the right balance with its formula for my training.

Focussed without jitters, long-lasting for those grueling 3 hour sessions, and it taste great. I think I may have found my new favorite, and will know for sure when I load up for my next competition. Looking forward to when new flavors drop!

I’ll start by saying, I am not a powerlifter, but I do weight training. I noticed I was needing a “boost” before workouts. I didn’t want any extra sugar and was more looking for anti-inflammatory benefits, more focus and motivation to keep strength training. I was told to try Kathartik as the research and quality of the ingredients are like no other. Kathartik delivers on their promises! The focus and strength that I get from Kathartik have led me to have some of my best workouts and build better muscle. I worried about the taste, but it’s completely pleasant and light. And the cost! Kathartik is a really good “deal” for such pure ingredients that aren’t cut with sugar or other non-beneficial ingredients. I appreciated the guidance and advice I got after using the product. It just really felt like this brand had a lot of integrity that I can trust. I can’t recommend Kathartik enough. You won’t regret it.

I got Kathartik because I was pleasantly surprised by how good the sample I tried tasted. Coupled this with the fact that the formula doesn’t give the usual beta alanine itches and jitters like a lot of other preworkout makes this perfect for Olympic weightlifting!
