I have been competitively lifting for nearly a decade. In that time I have always trained with some form of caffeinated beverage.
My experimentation has taken me from coffee, 110, Elemental Formulations, PeScience and many other brands. However, Kathartik seems to strike the right balance with its formula for my training.
Focussed without jitters, long-lasting for those grueling 3 hour sessions, and it taste great. I think I may have found my new favorite, and will know for sure when I load up for my next competition. Looking forward to when new flavors drop!
I’m a big fan of the Katharktik pre-workout! I was never a huge lover of any type of stimulant when I workout, especially with a history of epilepsy, I’ve never liked the tingling sensation of the β-Alanine and I felt like it put me at risk for seizures. This is the first time I’ve taken a pre-workout in my 13 years of lifting and I can honestly say it has the right amount of caffeine to keep me motivated. I don’t feel any palpitations or dizzy spells, so no side effects whatsoever. I really enjoy the Mojito blast flavor, little to no aftertaste and I personally like pairing it with coconut water to give it a fun twist. 10/10 a must for my heavy lifting days.
Pre was awesome and gave me the energy and focus I needed. Creatine included in the pre was dope.
I have been powerlifting for a little over 2 years now and I am a bit of a caffeine junkie, so I have tried many different sources of energy for training. I can easily say that Kathartik is the pre workout that I will be using from now on. I have never felt so focused and in my element until I got this pre. I have used all the big-name brand pre workouts and they just do not compare to the feeling I get with Kathartik. Hopefully we get more flavors soon but even the current and only flavor does not get boring. I cannot wait to see what comes from Kathartik as a company, but I will definitely stay using this pre-workout.
